Both. My Greek Family supports fraternity and sorority chapter operations, including member classes, family trees, Big/Little pairings, recruitment, events, and dues.
Can we bring our existing family history?
Yes. Chapter officers can import historical Big/Little relationships from CSV, including alumni records. Your history becomes part of your chapter’s family tree.
How does Big/Little matching work?
Officers select the Big pool and incoming class, send preference surveys, and review matching suggestions that account for capacity and exclusions. Officers review and finalize the round.
Can members sign up for our existing chapter?
When an officer imports a roster, members can register using their roster email and verify it to claim their chapter profile. Chapter creators receive management access and can assign officer roles.
Do you have pricing for our chapter?
Chapter plans and commercial terms are arranged with our team. Creating an account does not enter payment details or start a recurring subscription. Talk to us about your chapter.
Who can see our chapter’s data?
Workspace access is tied to chapter membership, with additional permissions for officer duties. Family trees start private, and officers control their visibility. Read about access and privacy.
