CONNECTED, WITH CARE

Trust belongs at
the heart of your chapter.

Chapter records carry real history and responsibility. Here’s how access works in My Greek Family.

A workspace for your chapter.

Member records and chapter operations are scoped to your organization. Joining through an imported roster requires registration with the roster email and email verification.

Roles with a purpose.

Officer roles grant specific permissions for pairing, dues, events, recruitment, and chapter management. Ending an officer term removes those role permissions while preserving its history.

Private roots by default.

New chapter family trees begin private. Officers control lineage visibility. Uploaded member and recruitment photos require authorized chapter access.

Careful payment handling.

When a chapter configures online dues, payment details are entered in Stripe-hosted checkout. My Greek Family records dues and payment receipts; it does not collect card numbers in its own forms.

A record of key decisions.

Officer assignment, pairing, and other supported administrative changes are recorded in audit logs. These records help a chapter understand important actions.
